Donation benefits policy

Donations voluntarily support the channel. Super access, Coin, discounts, and extras are promotional benefits, not an investment.

Matching and promotions

Place the PUBTA Account code in the EasyDonate message. Benefits are applied after webhook confirmation. Contact support with the reference and proof if a payment remains unmatched.
Each cycle uses its configured promotion in sequence. Later edits do not retroactively change benefits already granted and recorded.
Super duration, PUBTA Coin, discounts, and extras depend on each level. An incomplete amount remains in the current cycle.

Limits and corrections

Benefits can be delayed by EasyDonate or network delivery. Test alerts are not real donations and grant no benefit.
For duplicates, reversals, or mismatches, administrators may pause benefits and correct the ledger while retaining an audit trail.
